4. Orders & Acceptance

Submitting an order on the website is an offer to buy products at the listed price. We may accept or reject orders at our discretion. Acceptance occurs when you receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases such as:

• Product stock errors

• Incorrect pricing

• Verification issues

• Suspected fraud

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We accept payments via available gateways at checkout. Prices and payment options may change without notice, but all confirmed orders will be charged at the price shown at checkout.

6. Product Information & Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, slight variations may occur due to supplier differences, photography, or display settings. You must verify fitment based on your exact car model, year, and variant before purchase.

If you are unsure about compatibility, contact us via WhatsApp before placing an order.

7. Availability & Delivery

Product availability is subject to current stock. Items marked “In Stock” are usually available at our Lahore warehouse. Delivery timelines depend on your selected shipping method and location within Pakistan.

We are not responsible for damage or delay caused by shipping partners.

8. Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Wrong item delivered

• Defective or damaged parts

• Parts inconsistent with the listing

To request a return:

1. Contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving the item.

2. Provide order number and photos of the issue.

3. Follow return instructions provided by our team.

Return conditions:

• Product must be unused.

• Original packaging and tags must be intact.

• Returns shipping costs may apply unless the error is ours.

Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected.

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation requests are treated as return requests and subject to the Return & Refund Policy.

10. Warranty

Certain parts may carry manufacturer or supplier warranties. Warranty terms are specific to each product and must be verified before purchase. We do not extend warranties beyond those provided by the part manufacturer or supplier.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HGNTtraders.pk and its representatives are not liable for:

• Loss of business or income

• Consequential damages

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
